The lovely Zara is a 3yo Brown Bitch who is looking for her forever home. She’s very affectionate, loves a ball game and wants to play play play! An athletic girl who would be best suited to an active home like agility or cani-cross, not for the faint hearted! Happy in a crate overnight, good to travel, very friendly with people and dogs (large & small). Absolutely cannot live with cats or small furries due to her keen prey drive but has been around horses/donkeys/chickens, etc without showing great interest. Zara is strong to walk on a lead so is currently learning to walk on a head harness. She’s a smart girlie and will open doors and steal off the work-top like a pro.
Zara can be a little nervous in new situations and is more confident with women than men but creates bonds well and quickly learns to trust. She has previously lived with a child and other dogs happily, she would ideally like a canine companion in her new home. She’s had some basic training, recall needs some work and she’ll need an experienced Dobe owner to continue her education and give her the best possible life going forwards.
