Baron is a three to four year old entire male dobe. Can you help, can you provide a loving stable home for him?

He came to us via the Dog Warden so we don't have a lot of history about him. He has obviously bcjeen beaten in his previous home as he runs away when any object is lifted near him. He is wary of strangers but once he gets to know you he is a very sweet, loving boy.

We can tell you he is fine with bitches but not with dogs and that he has had some training in the past.

Update - 02/08/09

Baron will have been in kennels for a year on August 4th, he has come such a long way in that time but now needs to be in his forever home.
He needs someone with time and patience to help him fully trust humans again.
He would be suited to a quiet home maybe with a single person or a couple and could possibly live with a bitch.

Update 16 Mar 2011

Baron has won the hearts of many people with the progress he has made. Our special boy is coming into his own thanks to those who have helped him trust again. The kennel staff play a big role in this, and Baron decided to claim one of them as his own.  They do say it will always happen when you are not looking for it! Well done Baron!
